What is the High-brake LED light ?

The High-brake LED light is made of a material with the LED ,usually installed in the rear of the upper part of the car.  It can let the other vehicles know the front vehicle brake the car so easily and to prevent the accidents. Since lots of the cars have two brake lights in the ends of each side. So the High-brake LED light  is called another name for the third brake light.
